I was able to purchase my first car at 18 with the help of Aubrie Mules! She was amazing to work with! Aubrie was very easy to talk to, kind, and understanding so it made the whole experience stress free and easygoing. I test drove multiple cars and ended up going home with a Honda Civic. Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment.
Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down.

The previous owners, Kocurek, broke something on my vehicle and were making me jump through hoops to get it fixed and the manager at Dahl just took care of it for me. They covered my next oil change and took all the stress out of the situation. Great staff, very friendly, more than willing to help in any situation.

I recently bought a new 2024 Honda Accord EX with Tom Jones and he did a fantastic job. Was able to test drive and buy a vehicle within just a couple hours. Super friendly and was always in my best interest. Nathaniel was also great at helping me with my financing and explaining my options. Had a good experience. Had the rear differential fluid changed out. Service was done relatively quickly. Nobody tried to push any additional services on me which I appreciate. All in all seems like a fine business.
I recently had my Civic in for some general maintenance as well as to fix my power steering leak. This was over the course of two appointments as parts had to be ordered. Both visits were great. Gil (service writer) and Brandon (the mechanic on both occasions) were excellent and Brandon did a great job working on my car. We liked working with salesman "Timber" Pete Matthai in purchasing our 2024 Honda Pilot. We did have to wait until the vehicle became available, but once it came in things moved along. This was our first SUV with many features to understand. Timber spent time with us setting up all the electronics in the vehicle so that we were comfortable using them. Timber's relaxed, patient and friendly approach was much appreciated!
We purchased a maintenance program when we leased our Honda Ridgeline in 2021. We made an appointment for oil change last July and the morning of our appointment we got a call saying that they no longer would honor it . We went elsewhere for service and will not be buying or leasing there again.
Chris was very professional. Given they are in transition from Kocourek to now Dahls, they’ve maintain service through the business transition.

When the service was done on my car they did a good job as I would expect. However, getting to that point was somewhat disappointing. Making an appointment was frustrating as I was always put on hold and had to leave a message and no one returned calls. Had to call and insist not to be put on hold to actually speak to someone. Parts department did not answer phone either. I would expect better from a dealer that states they want customers to have a pleasant and even great experience.
We acquired a new Honda Ridgeline from Kocourek Honda. Shelby was the person we worked with, her expertise, knowledge and personality put us at ease making the whole experience very pleasurable. Nathen also did a great and fast job with all the finances. Overall, great experience!

Advised me of a 3% fee if I used a credit card. Was not notified until paying for service. Should of been advised of this fee at time of appointment. Also asked for quote for new tires and was told they no longer sell new tires unless ordered in advanced. Also found out I paid for a service that was unnecessary for a car with less than 40,000 miles. Definitely will be looking for a new service center. Also looking for a new Honda dealership for future purchases.

We purchased a Honda Passport a couple years ago, and love it. The only negative is the upkeep. Taking the car in for regular care costs a mint. We never had these issues with the Subaru or Chevy we had prior. The men/women working on the car for oil change, tire rotation are great, but the 3% charge when using a Credit Card is ridiculous. Plus the price goes up each time we did the above. Never purchase a Honda again...

I had a solid car buying experience here. They are the only dealer who weren't trying to charge at or above MSRP, even though they are selling inventory as quickly as they can get it. There may be delays, but those are on the factory side. Meanwhile the service is prompt and supportive
I bought a car recently from this Kocourek Location, my Sales rep was very kind and personable, but I wanted to address the inspection process. I was very thorough with my test drive and look over the vehicle, some Hondas have a plastic piece that sits on top of the engine. I removed it and found Mouse droppings and the left overs of a mouse nest.
